"Venerable monks, long ago, great Bodhisattvas also had to be born in a dog's vagina according to some karma. So Bosat, the dog born in a dog's vagina, lived in a great cemetery surrounded by hundreds of dogs.

One day the king of Benares went to Uyan Keli in a beautifully decorated Anagi chariot with white horses. When the sun went to the evening, he came back to the palace in that horse-cart. The king got down from the chariot and went to the palace. The car's tied seat was taken to Asgal. But it was not possible to put the car inside that day. It was in the royal yard itself. The chariot got wet in the rain that night. In the upper floor of the palace, there were noble dogs that were kept as pets. Those big dogs smelled wet. They went downstairs. They got into that car and ate the wet skins etc. The next morning, the civil servants found the vehicle with wet leather wraps that had been bitten and destroyed. They complained about this to the king.

"Gods, the dogs of the village have come to the king's yard through the mouth of the drain. The kings immediately came to see the chariot. Destroyed the whole car ! The king was very angry. "Then servants , don't have one dog. "Kill where you see it," said the royal order.

From then on, all the dogs in the village were in a bad mood. The civil servants killed the dogs on sight. The dogs running for their lives ran straight to the grave. Bosat began to gather around the dog. Then Bosat the dog asked them this. “Oh my friend, why is this…. He's squirming like he's scared. What's wrong?" "Oh, we didn't do anything wrong. The king ate the dogs in the aspa cart. Hey…. We don't even have to go that way. But we were caught. The king got very angry and issued a royal order. Dutu Dutu said to kill us... Oh, many people we know have died. A great calamity happened to us."

“Oh…. is it! Isn't there a way for dogs to go to that royal palace?"

“Oh no…. I saw it while cleaning while walking on the road, but we are not allowed to even listen to it."

'Oh... Then this must be the work of noble dogs raised in the royal palace.... There is no punishment for the guilty. The death penalty for the innocent! Now I have only one thing to do. Bosat the dog thought that the king should be shown who the real culprits are. The frightened dogs were calmed down.

"Dogs, don't be afraid. I will free you from that fear of death. Let me live here while I visit the King of Gohin. "Don't go out," Bodhisattva remembered the Parami Dhammas imbued with the knowledge of race remembrance, which can even remember their previous souls. Compassion prevailed. It was determined that 'I will not be hit by stones, sticks or weapons from anyone'. He entered the city alone. Because of the inspiration of the Bodhisattva, no one who saw him looked away. Bosat the dog went straight into the palace. He went to the royal court. Even if the king ordered the dogs to be killed sitting on a certain seat, he was still sitting on the same seat. The dog went straight and crawled under the seat. The princes prepared to drive the dog away from there. Then the kings prevented it. The dog slowly came out from under the seat. Worshiped the king.

"Gods, did you order the dogs to be killed?"

"Yes why?"

“King…. What crime have they committed against you?"

"They have committed a very serious state crime. They have eaten and destroyed the most valuable skins, wraps, etc. that were driven in my chariot.

"Then, O king, do you know very well whether any animals ate them or who those animals were?"

"not…. Nichchi can't say that."

"Would it be good to have given the order to kill dogs on sight from that moment without even knowing that these were the animals that ate the skin, Lord Gods?"

"There is nothing wrong with that. The royal decree was issued to kill all the dogs in sight because the dogs had eaten the leather of the carriage.

“Then, O king, do people kill all the dogs according to that order? Or will certain dogs not be affected by the death penalty?”

"Yes…. The death penalty does not affect the noble dogs of our palace."

"Then, Lord Gods, you said that dogs had eaten the leather of the chariot, so that dogs were issued to kill all the dogs on sight. But right now it's ours

It is said that the death penalty does not affect the noble dogs raised in the palace. Then you are not prejudiced by vote, hatred, delusion and fear in this matter. It is not a royal doctrine. When a king makes a decision, it is not worth looking at the facts from all sides, just like weighing on a scale. It is the same even now. There is no punishment for dogs in the palace. Weak dogs are destined to be killed where they are seen. This should not be called death to dogs. Death to the weak. The strong will thrive. Gods, do you do something, it is not called dharma" said this stanza.

“Raised in the palace – good looking

Dogs of the royal caste - no punishment

Helpless without protection - this is our punishment!

This law is not the same for everyone

Death is for the weak”

Bosat the dog said this stanza and sighed. "Oh... what kings want to do is to punish the guilty. Not the right ones. Here is the opposite. The culprits will be fine. Death penalty for the right people! Oh... There is injustice in the world. Oh... There is wickedness in the world.”

Hearing these words of the Bodhisattvas, the king's heart changed. The king asked the dog: "Panditas, then do you know how to say that the leather of my car was eaten by a donkey?"

“Yes… I know.”

“Yes… who ate the leather?”

"No one else. All that was done by the noble dogs who live comfortably in your palace."

"How do you know that they themselves ate these?"

"Gods, I can show that the king's dogs ate these. Bring me some sharks and some grass. ” Then the king made them available. "Cut this grass into small pieces and mix it with the sharks and feed it to the dogs ," the Bodhisattvas advised. The king told the dogs accordingly. The moment passed and the drunken dogs vomited. Pieces of leather and wrappings fell with the vomit.

The king was very surprised. Being very happy that a dog in this forest had solved something that no one could solve, Bosat offered his white coat to the dog. Then Bosat the dog said, "Great king, rule with dharma. To do good to parents, Kshatriyas and everyone else. To keep regular penance. He warned them to act according to the Dharma without delay and gave the king himself the White Sesata. The king was very happy and gave alms to all the animals. From then on, all the dogs were made to receive royal meals. The warnings given by the dog were written on gold sheets. Those warnings lasted for ten thousand years. The king in the dogma is born among the gods after death.
